Quality Management System
The quality management system has been certified as per ISO 9001:2008 (SGS), PED 97/23/EC (TUV) and CE. These formal quality frameworks helped us monitor and improve production accuracy by managing daily work through "Procedures" and "Work Instructions".
Our inspection team follow the whole production procedure - from raw material purchase to pre-shipment inspection. Adhering to the principle of quality control, we maintains full traceability of all its products. Each single piece is permanently marked with logo/brand name, standard code, size, material number and heat number.
The mature quality management system is helping us to succeed through improved customer satisfaction, staff motivation and continual improvement.

Inspection Team & Equipments
Experienced inspection team of ENLINK conducts entire quality control procedure of each single order, in both our partner factories around China and at the QC Centers. All inspectors are well trained and have rich product knowledge & inspection experiences.
In order to make the inspection result more dependable, various Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods are used, such as:
- Visual Inspection
- Dimension Checking
- Chemicial Analysis
- Penetrant Testing (PT)
- Maganetic Particle Testing (MT)
- Eddy Current Testing (ET)
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- Radiographic Testing (RT)
- In-Situ Metallography

For some of the special test items which cannot be done by our labs, we will send to a notary public lab for further result.
After inspection, the senior engineer will give conclusion or option to pending problem or issue release note for shipment. Detailed inspection reports are put on file for tracing and Mill test Certificate to EN10204-3.1 will be released to customers. Click below to see the sample.
